My name is Eddie Chea and Eileen is my realtor, we've have been working together for about a year now. I don't think there is a realtor that's more dedicated to their client as Eileen is to me. When Eileen told me she owned a Mercedez Benz, I wasn't too surprised, but boy was I surprised when it was an older model. However, it was well maintained and clean. The ride was surprisingly smooth especially for a diesel. Eileen later explained to me that her husband Terry had made some modifications to the vehicle, and instead of diesel it now runs on cooking oil. It was one of the most genius thing I have ever saw. Not only is this vehicle cool to ride in, it's also good for the environment. |

We personally love that Eileen drives a car running on alternative fuel! Especially as many houses as we have gone to with her! What a great concept to make your business a little "greener."
And Helga was totally fun and comfortable to ride in...and surprisingly we always ended up with a craving for donuts... |

We think it is so unique that Eileen would be driving a car that runs on veggie oil. With the tremendous amount of miles driving to clients and to prospective houses, it is great that our real estate agent is taking a positive step for our environment and not being dependent on gasoline. Plus, the smell of french fries and donuts are just another bonus. |
